What happens when some of our favorite shows air their final episode, and beloved cast members go their separate ways? Well, ideally they remain friends and gift us with the occasional Instagram update. Thankfully, that's almost exactly what happened with Emily and Jason, who apparently ran into each othertotally at random prequel, of sorts — followed young magizoologist Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) to 1920s New York City where he met new friends, both witch and Muggle (or, as Americans say, No-maj) and battled Gellert Grindelwald (Johnny Depp), a pureblood extremist. Along the way, he caused quite a bit of havoc, releasing magical creatures on an unsuspecting New York and likely angering the Ministry of Magic. The Orange Generation has a special interest in speaking with current members of the NRA, as its issue is with the organization’s leadership. In fact, Marcel said, on the flight home, he struck up a conversation with an NRA member. After explaining what he and other activists wanted to see in terms of reform, that member said he agreed with them “110%.” Arsenic goes on to point out her issues with the term “dark fic” itself. “I actually really don't like the term dark,” she shares. “Not just because it's broad AF and means pretty much nothing, but because it's what I consider a binary term, that is, it has an understood opposite: light. And as with most binary things, there are implied judgements in both of those terms, which, nope.”
