So there are two major things wrong about this interaction. First of all, the sexualization of Polly just because she's pregnant is completely inappropriate. Of course, pregnant women can still be attractive and feel empowered with their own sexuality, but Reggie framing it as a joke about "mommy issues" is the farthest way possible from doing so in an okay manner by making the fact that she's going to be a mother what's suddenly the main aspect that's so sexually desirable about her. On top of that, the remark is totally unwarranted. The second problem is Reggie making a tasteless masturbation joke when Veronica tells him to "beat it."
